The other day my friend gave me a book by the title "How to Be Happy". At first glance, the book looks rather attractive. It has a big smiley face on the the cover, with white background on the front and back cover. However, I found that the title was somehow over-used by other authors. If you browse through any bookstore you will be able to find such book with almost all having the same titles.
However, I still read through randomly the first few pages of the book and found that somehow this book is worth reading from the start until the end. Probably because I am the type that loves to read self-improvement books. Plus the wordings in the book and the thickness doesn't seem to look like it will take a lot of time to finish it off.
The more pages I read the more I felt the book is different from any other that I have read so far. It took me about half a day to complete (Ohh... I'm really a slow reader... need lots of time to ingest sometimes ^_^)
The title itself is plain and simple, which is straight to the point. It is easy to read and digest and would be suitable for all walks of life. Now I understand and starts applying it to my everyday life. True happiness comes from within.
BTW, this book is free and can be obtained from the website http://www.howtobehappy.org/
Anyone can use it for a happier life. And, I have started to inject the main point from the book to my brain and try to stick to it all the time. I am always truthful, positive and helping others. Hope it will... to you too ^_^

New Phone
I bought myself a new phone two days ago. It is Sony Ericsson K660i. Though the photo pixels is only two, its not important to my though as long as it can take photo. Anyway, the best of all is I like the clarity of the phone graphic display, the loud volume as well as the colour. I've chosen a combination of white and green... lovely!

My Sis Unlucky Day
My unlucky youngest sis met with robberies yesterday! The incident happened not faraway from my house area. My little sis went for tuition in another residence area which is only a short walking distance. After tuition at around 6pm, on the way home, from faraway my sis saw two Indians riding on a bike. One guy was holding a "parang" knife. Of course my sis was scared. Luckily the Indian guy did not really hurt her. There was a slight cut on her right left arm. However, the unlucky thing is my sis's tuition bag was stolen by the Indian fellow. Her books and her handphone which was kept inside the bag was lost too. However I would say that it's lucky that she's not badly hurt. Thank God for she's safe and still very much alive.

Loneliness
Each and every passing day I am getting more and more lonely. Although I am surrounded by my family members but deep down inside I am lonely because I have yet to find my soul mate and my other half. Every human being needs a company. I wish that by end of this year, I would not be lonely anymore. Loneliness is not my friend. And I will not let it ever come into my life.

Work
My worklife is getting more strenous than before! I'm working extra task compared to other colleagues of the same level as mine. I have to prepare weekly reports on channel issues, then comes to end of the month, have to take care of the departmental monthly reports as well as reports from all channels affiliates. What the heck! This would mean more reports and more time to complete! And I have to run around chasing engineers for a complete detailed of any channel downtime issues. Oh, I hope the payback at the end of the year is gonna be good and great one!

Feng Shui According to Colour?
I come across a few websites that stated about feng shui colours. Is there really such a thing? I mean does colour really affects feng shui? Or was it just some sort of mood changing thing when you look at a particular colour... so then it is considered as feng shui? What does feng shui really means then? Maybe colours does affect one's mood but colour feng shui, how is that explainable?

"Made of Honour" movie
I watched the movie "Made of Honour" with my girlfriends on last Sunday. The movie starts off with how a boy and a girl bumped into each other and then become the best of friend for 10 years. However, I think it's rather impossible to me that both the man and woman, unattached, becomes best of friends for a decade! I mean to me, there must be a certain level or time where they will find each other attractive and eventually fall into each other's arms since basically, they are seeing each other daily! Well, maybe it does happen and it sounds impossible for me probably because such thing never occurs to me before.
However, I think somehow or rather the movie brought me a sense of reflection of what I've done for the past few years since I graduated from secondary school. I mean time really flies like nobody's business. Looking back, I felt like I have not yet achieved my dream when I should have two years back. I think it's time to "rearrange" my list of to-dos and the priorities of each. And most important of all, treasure every moment and opportunity there is, because there's no such thing as back to the past.
